Legendary film star Lauren Bacall has joined Elizabeth Taylor in the creation of her own line of jewelry. Both women were considered the most desirable women of their day and both are associated with distinctive styles.

Bacall is collaborating with Weinman Brothers, founded in 1912 and known for their antique-reproduction pieces. Bacall was married to another screen giant, Humphrey Bogart and continues to this day to be honored and admired for her contributions to the film industry.

Her line will be marketed simply as “Bacall” and is in due to reach retail outlets in the fall of 2007.
